1 Acceptance of Terms

- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal restriction that limits your ability to enter contracts, you are not eligible to use bajilok.

3 Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your bajilok account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. - Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your bajilok account. Bajilok cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
- Verification: Bajilok may request identity verification documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended.
- Account sharing: Your bajilok account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you must not access or use another person's account.
- Accurate information: If any of your registration details change — for example, your mobile number or email address — you must update your account information promptly. Bajilok is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Bajilok supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile money platforms used by players in Bangladesh. All transactions on bajilok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Bajilok does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your bajilok account balance immediately upon confirmation from your mobile money provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact bajilok support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be resolved promptly.
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on bajilok is clearly displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Bajilok reserves the right to update minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.
- Withdrawal processing: Bajilok processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The average processing time is under five minutes. Withdrawals to Rocket may take slightly longer depending on network conditions.
- Withdrawal verification: Bajilok may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals.
- Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile money account used for the most recent deposit. Bajilok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts belonging to other individuals.
- Pending bets: Funds that are currently staked in active bets or games cannot be withdrawn until the relevant game or bet has been settled. Your available withdrawal balance is shown in your bajilok account dashboard.
- Fraudulent transactions: Any deposit made using a fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment method will result in immediate account closure and the matter will be referred to the relevant authorities.
No hidden fees: Bajilok does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount you receive, subject to any charges applied by your mobile money provider.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Bajilok offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. - Wagering requirements: Most bonuses on bajilok carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated on each promotion page.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or free spins that have not been used by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
- One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your bajilok account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
- Abuse prevention: Bajilok monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way designed to exploit the wagering requirement, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and any associated winnings removed.
- Bajilok's discretion: Bajilok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after players have already opted in, bajilok will honour the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in.
6 Gameplay & Fair Use
All games available on bajilok — including fishing arcade titles, live casino games, and slot games — use certified random number generation systems. The RTP (Return to Player) figures published on each game page are verified by independent testing laboratories and reflect actual game performance. Bajilok does not manipulate game outcomes based on individual player behaviour, account balance, or session history.
Players are expected to use bajilok in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajilok and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajilok's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Service availability: Bajilok aims to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bajilok's control may result in temporary unavailability.
- Technical errors: Bajilok is not liable for losses resulting from technical errors, connectivity issues, or device failures on your end. If a technical error on bajilok's side affects a game outcome, bajilok will investigate and resolve the issue fairly.
- Third-party services: Bajilok is not responsible for the performance of third-party services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Delays or failures in mobile money processing that are outside bajilok's control are not bajilok's liability.
11 Account Termination

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.
